Ingredients (for 2 servings):
4 tbsp chia seeds
200 ml coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
½ tsp vanilla
A pinch of cinnamon
A handful of berries (optional)
Almonds or shredded coconut to top
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar.
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
In the morning, top with berries and almonds or coconut flakes.
